For quite a long time Swizz Beatz was known as Alicia Keys boyfriend. However, right now he can brag being not only her boyfriend but also her husband because the couple has got married already. Recently it has been announced that the couple is selling their luxurious apartment in New York City and they are moving to live in a suburban area. Alicia Keys spent two years living in New York where she has her own flat and apparently the singer decided to move to a calmer residency to live with Swizz Beatz. It has been also known that Alicia Keys boyfriend was living with her in the same apartment in New York, however the apartment is sold already.

The couple each of whom is involved into music industry bought the flat from another musician Lenny Kravitz for 8.4 million pounds in 2010. Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz decided to sell the flat and put it on the marker in March of 2012 and the asked price was 11.9 million pounds.

Apparently, it took around one year for the couple to sell their lavish apartment but finally they found a person who is interested in the flat and is willing to pay a huge amount of money in order to live there.

One of the most interesting facts is that the previous owner of the flat Lenny Kravitz asked for a similar price as Alicia Keys and her boyfriend did. However, he was forced to reduce it because nobody was willing to pay such amount of money. But it seems that Alicia Keys and Alicia Keys boyfriend found a new owner of the flat and proved that it is worth to wait a year for a potential buyer.

One of the most luxurious features of the flat is a grand piano which stands near the ceiling to floor windows from which a huge terrace can be seen. Moreover, there are two big and large sofas in the living room of the flat which are perfect for relaxing. Probably these were the main features of the flat which attracted the new owner of the flat.
